Warm Gentle Community Yoga
Through dynamic, yet gentle yoga postures and conscious breathing techniques you will touch the peace and tranquility that lies within. The essence of Yoga is experienced through a meditative, flow of postures designed to guide the student to a deeper awareness of the union of the body, mind, and spirit. Each class consist of an hour and a half of guided yoga postures that include twists, postural alignment, and balancing poses, as well as guided relaxation / meditation.
You will feel an increased vitality and energy level, an inner calmness, and a toning and strengthening of the muscles even after just one class.
