Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation.  Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and is excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength, improving body awareness, building concentration and calming the mind.

Recommended for students of all levels.

Gentle Hatha

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.

Recommended for beginner and intermediate

Warm Gentle Community Yoga

Through dynamic, yet gentle yoga postures and conscious breathing techniques you will touch the peace and tranquility that lies within. The essence of Yoga is experienced through a meditative, flow of postures designed to guide the student to a deeper awareness of the union of the body, mind, and spirit. Each class consist of an hour and a half of guided yoga postures that include twists, postural alignment, and balancing poses, as well as guided relaxation / meditation.
You will feel an increased vitality and energy level, an inner calmness, and a toning and strengthening of the muscles even after just one class.

Recommended for beginner and intermediate

DEEP RELAXATION
1st WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH

Take a break from the hectic pace of life to enjoy the soothing benefits of finding balance and harmony through gentle yoga, breathing practice, and an extended (35- 40 minutes) guided deep relaxation.
In this soothing class we begin with a series of gentle yoga stretches and movements incorporating the breath, preparing the body for a deep relaxation practice called Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a journey through stillness and mindfulness in order to gain a greater sense of clarity, calmness and serenity.

Recommended for students of all levels.
